The Area
Overview
TowJammerZ is located just off the government wharf launch ramp in Sicamous BC. Considered the "houseboat capital of Canada", Sicamous is a hotbed of summertime activity, and is rapidly becoming a cultural gem.
Just off the Trans-Canada Highway, we are conveniently located 5 1/2 hours west of Calgary, and about the same distance north-east of Vancouver. For our American friends in Seattle and Spokane, we are a 7 hour drive away, with scenery and exchange rates that make the trip well worth your while.
Kelowna International Airport, slightly over 1 hour south, has multiple daily flights from Calgary, Vancouver, and Seattle.
Boating season reasonably stretches from early May to mid-October, with discounted off-season rates to make a little cold (but very calm) water more than worth your while.
