At Towjammerz, we understand it’s often the little things that make your vacation something special. That’s why we make a big deal of the little things, understanding that if you’re happy, you’ll come back. If our product or service proves to be less than perfect, we’ll try to make it right.
Included at no extra charge:
- All required safety equipment
- Free temporary certification course for the renter and spouse, if needed
- Detailed on-water familiarization session
- Vehicle storage in our locked compound (for rentals of 5 days or longer)
- “Demo days” in Calgary and on the Shuswap each spring (call for details and times)
- Same day service for breakdown (within 23 hours whenever possible), with immediate drop-off of a comparable product (service charge for avoidable breakdown e.g. drained battery)
- Delivery to your houseboat, either at the dock, or outside the Sicamous channel
- Delivery to Salmon Arm or the narrows with one week rentals
- Refueling your boat at completion of use (fuel cost at standard marina price)
- Required safety equipment and life vests
